LC DockHounds Foundation

  The Lake Country DockHounds are committed to enriching the lives of youth and families in the Lake Country area, our hometown community.

This commitment to philanthropic efforts inspired team management to create the LC DockHounds Foundation.

Founded in late 2022, our foundation is dedicated to fostering the growth and development of youth athletes and the sports community.

We provide resources, support and scholarships for students exploring careers in sports management and operations, helping them gain valuable experience and insight into the industry. 

We offer grants to communities and organizations committed to enhancing youth sports programs and facilities, ensuring that youth athletes have access to high-quality environments and opportunities.

We focus on improving the mental wellness of young athletes by providing resources, education, and programs designed to support their mental health and overall well-being.

    Over the last 3 years, our foundation volunteer board of directors have worked to raise the necessary funding to launch these programs.

Continued fundraising efforts aim to grow these two programs and position the foundation to launch the final pillar of these programs with its first Youth Mental Wellness Summit.
