

BEYOND THE PLAYBOOK: COACHES' LEADERSHIP & MENTAL WELLNESS COACHING SERIES 2026
The LC DockHounds Foundation and Rogers Behavioral Health Foundation are proud to introduce a three-part leadership and mental wellness seminar series designed for coaches, educators, mentors, and leaders working with student-athletes.
This free community coaching series will focus on leadership development, team culture, and supporting the mental wellness of young athletes both on and off the field.

August 20, 2026 — Leadership On & Off the Field

August 27, 2026 — Creating a Culture of Mental Wellness

September 3, 2026 — Lived Experience Panel
Time: 6:00PM - 7:30PM
Hear real stories and perspectives surrounding mental wellness in athletics through an impactful panel discussion featuring athletes, coaches, and community voices. Register for this session!
Featured Keynote Speaker: Brian Bott
Brian Bott is the owner and day-to-day operational manager of Sports AdvantEdge and Edge Baseball. A performance coach for more than 25 years, Brian holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Dakota and is CSCS certified.
As a student-athlete, Brian was a four-year starter for the UW Oshkosh baseball program from 1993–1996. During his collegiate career, UW Oshkosh captured a National Championship and earned additional national finishes of second, third, and third. Brian played every inning of every game throughout his four-year career.
Brian began his strength and conditioning career at the University of North Dakota before joining the Wisconsin Badgers football program, where he spent 13 seasons as an assistant strength coach. During his tenure, Wisconsin won three Big Ten Championships, appeared in three Rose Bowls, and participated in 12 bowl games.
Throughout his career, Brian has worked with numerous athletes who advanced to professional football careers, including Joe Thomas, Travis Frederick, Russell Wilson, and J. J. Watt.
Brian currently resides in Madison with his wife Cori, their family, and their dogs Leia and Rey.
